     In order to enable the establishment of the Sino-Swiss Centre for Economic and Management Development (SSCEMD), a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by Prof. Ruedi Nützi, Director of the School of Business, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and Prof. Shuangchen Ruan, Director of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) on January 15, 2018.

     Both University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) are practice-oriented universities. The Sino-Swiss Centre for Economic and Management Development (SSCEMD) will facilitate joint activities between University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) in the field of Applied Research and Development, Knowledge Transfer and Consultancy.
