On April 13, Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) successfully held the final of the school-level competition of the 6th China International College Students’ “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) on a livestreaming platform Tencent Meeting. After the approval and recommendation of the colleges, information reviews, students’ presentations and the deliberations of the organizing committee, the project “Dingshen Dental - Explorer of the Dental Laser Intelligent Equipment” was selected to participate in the next level of the Competition. Dingshen Dental, founded by SZTU students, is an innovative project based on laser intelligent equipment.

Professor Cao Jianmin, deputy dean of College of Big Data and Internet and head of the panel, emphasized that the selected project should be improved and polished so as to gain good results at the following competition.
Head of SZTU Startups Center Huang Zisong noted that after five sessions of online coaching for the Competition, the organizing committee will hold training camps for seed stage projects and arrange consultation.
The school-level competition was launched from March and 9 projects entered the final, covering fields such as medical equipment, poverty alleviation by technology, blockchain, unmanned vehicles, sports fitness, transportation maintenance, cultural creativity, etc.
