The 9th Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture Sub-Venue “Dawan Unplugged” opened at the Dawan Ancestral Residence in Pingshan District on January 9. The special exhibition “Enclosure & Space” created by College of Design and Innovation of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) was unveiled at the “Open-spirited paradigms” section at the Hakka round house with over 230 years of history. It exhibited a series of excellent works focusing on the local Hakka culture and the inheritance and regeneration of culture.

As an influential and top-notch exhibition on architectural art, the biennale set up a sub-venue in Pingshan District for the first time, which serves as a good platform for SZTU students majoring in Environmental Design to present their works and exchange ideas with professional artists, designers and architects.
