With the strong support of the Ministry of Education of China and the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Technology University has been approved to offer six new specialties to undergraduates recently, namely Robotics Engineering, New Media Art, Intellisense Engineering, Biological Pharmacy, Dental Technology, and Musical Performance. This is an important step for SZTU to focus on the requirements of national strategic development and closely connect with the pillar industries and emerging industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. All the specialties provided by SZTU are shown as below.

At present, a total of 36 specialties have been set up by 15 colleges or schools, covering six disciplines including Engineering, Sciences, Management, Liberal Arts, Medicine, and Arts. Striving to build a first-class university of research and technology, Shenzhen Technology University will continue to strengthen the discipline construction, optimize the specialty distribution, and accelerate the training of high-end applied and research-based talents.
