Recently, Ming Zhong, vice president of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), and Michael Pippenger, vice president and associate provost for internationalization of the University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame), signed a cooperation agreement to initiate joint student overseas study programs. Under this agreement, students from SZTU will have the opportunity to study abroad at Notre Dame for a semester or participate in short-term exchanges programs. This collaboration aims to enrich students’ educational experiences and foster global perspectives.

Founded in November 184, the University of Notre Dame is located adjacent to South Bend, Indiana, the center of a metropolitan area with a population of more than 315,000. It is noteworthy that the aerodynamics of glider flight, the transmission of wireless messages, and the formulae for synthetic rubber were pioneered at Notre Dame.
