On April 13, a delegation from the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Guangzhou, led by Deputy Consul General Gaston Ezequiel Fielli, visited Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), which is a good opportunity for SZTU to explore cooperation and collaboration with universities and research institutions in Latin America.

The Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Guangzhou was established in 2010. Mr. Fielli mentioned that SZTU is developing rapidly and the first phase of the campus construction has been completed. He was impressed by the international cooperation model, talent cultivation, university-enterprise cooperation model, and professional settings of this young university, and was keen to promote exchanges and cooperation between SZTU and universities in Latin America in the fields of agriculture, pharmacy and sports.

Ms. Zeng Siyu, director of the International Cooperation and Student Affairs Office of SZTU warmly welcomed the delegation from the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Guangzhou. She said that SZTU has established good relationships with universities of applied sciences in Germany, Switzerland and other countries. She believed that this visit is the bridge and tie to connect SZTU and universities in Latin America, and emphasized that SZTU is open to Argentine students and researchers.
