The College of Sport and Art was established on May 31, 2019, and was renamed on July 10, 2020. At present, there are 14 teachers, including 2 professors and 2 associate professors in the college. At SZTU, students’ physical education is implemented and supported by the College of Sport and Art. It focuses on physical education (PE) curriculum teaching, student physical fitness testing, constructing school sports teams, organizing sports activities, and conducting scientific research on PE. More majors, such as dance and performance arts, will be set up for students in the near future.

Adhering to the concept of "people-oriented, health comes first, and lifelong sports", the College of Sport and Art is committed to arousing the initiative and creativity of students, improving their physical health, and strengthening their physical fitness, which in turn will enable students to master the basic knowledge and skills in sports and improve their sports abilities. The College will actively follow the requirements of sports activities set by the Ministry of Education and promote the physical education development.
