On April 30th, Professor Takaaki Kajita, Japanese co-winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2015, visited Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) and was appointed Guest Professor of SZTU.

    Ruan Shuangchen, Director of SZTU, warmly welcomed Professor Kajita and said SZTU was extremely honored to have him join as a guest professor. After receiving the letter of appointment from Ms. Sun Xiangyu, Deputy Director of SZTU, Professor Kajita shared his past scientific researches with SZTU students and faculty. He stated that the study of elementary particles, such as neutrino, would help mankind gain more knowledge about the universe.
