A delegation of 3 professors and 25 students from University of Applied Science and Arts Northwest Switzerland (FHNW) visited Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) on April 10th. “Insight China” is an important project created by FHNW for the purpose of strengthening the connection between FHNW and enterprises and universities in China. More than 50 students from SZTU joined the interactive activities, including Welcome Meeting, Campus Tour and Ice Breaking Activity.

After a warm welcome speech given by Vice Present of SZTU, Ms Sun Xiangyu, student representatives of both universities presented the courses arrangement, exchange programs and extracurricular activities of their own campus.

SZTU students also prepared a campus tour for the friends from Switzerland. They walked through the library and visited various laboratories. Undoubtedly, the Sino-German laboratory of brewing Process Control is the most popular spot. During the ice break, students from SZTU showed the talents in aerial photography skills by controlling drones. Furthermore, all the students were randomly divided into five groups regardless of their nationality or age, playing shuttlecock, ping pong and musical chair. After the buffet dinner, the students sang farewell song and hugged goodbye to each other.
