On December 15, the 2019 Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) Comprehensive Sports Games was held at the campus sports field. Prof. Ruan Shuangchen, president of SZTU, addressed the sports games and Prof. Zhang Yanhong, deputy Party secretary and secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of SZTU, hosted the opening ceremony. In addition, Yang Linyi and Yue Yan took sacred oaths as the representative of players and referees respectively.

Deans and deputy deans of various colleges, attended the opening ceremony and actively participated in the sports carnival along with other faculty members and students of SZTU.

There were 10 track and field events and 6 creational fitness items in this comprehensive sports meeting, including the football match, high jump, long jump, 100m race, 400m race, 800m race, 1500m race, medicine ball throwing, medley relay etc.

For student teams, after badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis matches etc., the Sino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing won the first place with the highest accumulated points. As for the faculty teams, the fifth Joint Team took the crown with the highest scores after the whole day’s competition.
