SZTU establishes partnership with the University of Auckland

Recently, Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) signed a cooperation agreement with the English Language Academy (ELA) of the University of Auckland. The two institutions will jointly promote academic exchanges, faculty and student exchange programs, and other collaborative initiatives. SZTU students and faculty will have the opportunity to visit the University of Auckland for short-term study tours, teaching observations, and academic exchange activities, allowing them to experience the academic atmosphere of a world-class university firsthand.

Looking ahead, SZTU’s International Cooperation and Exchanges Department will continue to uphold an open and inclusive educational philosophy, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with high-level overseas universities, and encourage more students and faculty to participate in international academic exchanges and cooperation programs. These efforts aim to cultivate high-quality talents with global perspectives and innovative capabilities.


The University of Auckland, founded in 1883, is located in Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city. In the QS World University Rankings 2025, the University of Auckland was ranked 65th globally, making it the highest ranked university in New Zealand. Currently, the university has more than 45,000 students and over 6,000 full-time staff. The university consists of six faculties, including Arts and Education, Engineering and Design, Law, Medical and Health Sciences, and Science. The university offers 36 Bachalors Degree programs, 94 Masters Degree programs, and 5 Doctoral Degree programs across various disciplines. Additionally, it hosts two major research institutes and seven transdisciplinary research centers.
