On November 12, a delegation led by Rafael Niubo, chairman of the Board of Directors of Euncet Business School, Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), visited Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU). Prof. Ming Zhong, vice president of SZTU, and relevant department heads had discussions with the delegation, focusing on topics such as direct-entry master’s programs, short-term exchange projects, and international platforms under the MOU signed by the two parties in 2024.

During the meeting, Prof. Ming Zhong gave a detailed introduction to SZTU’s history and development. He emphasized that since its establishment, SZTU has always placed opening-up education and industry-education integration at its core. Looking ahead, the university aims to become a new-model university of applied research, focusing on enhancing international cooperation and promoting AI-powered education to cultivate innovative talents with a global vision. SZTU highly values cooperation opportunities with Spanish universities, looking forward to deepening interactions in areas such as talent cultivation, collaborative research, and academic exchanges, and to welcoming more Spanish teachers and students to visit and study at SZTU.

Rafael Niubo stated that the strong friendship between China and Spain provides a broad platform for educational cooperation between the two parties. He recalled the two-week study program at SZTU participated by Euncet Business School’s faculty and students in July 2025, and expressed his hope to expand mutual cooperation to promote more international projects and build international cooperation platforms, in order to jointly cultivate high-quality talents for the future.

In addition, the Euncet Business School delegation visited the College of Urban Transportation and Logistics, engaging in discussions with the college’s dean and touring various teaching and research platforms there.
