Recently, Prof. Chen Qiuming, secretary of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), and Prof. Stefan Leible, president of the University of Bayreuth in Germany, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of their respective institutions, formally establishing an inter-university partnership. Under the newly signed student exchange protocol, the two institutions will launch a semester exchange program, allowing selected students to study abroad while enjoying mutual tuition fee waivers. The University of Bayreuth is the first German public research university with which SZTU has signed a semester exchange agreement.
