The Artisan's Café is a new hands-on base of the Work-Study Program of SZTU, which aims to provide a practice platform for the students. The Work-Study Program was run by the International Cooperation and Student Affairs Office. The preparation of Artisan's Café started at the beginning of 2022. Adhering to the concept of "Seek Truth, Pursue Excellence", the students were involved in the coffee shop's planning and design. They will also participate in its future operation. In charge of the overall decoration, business model, and products, Mr. Chavany Roland was hired as the manager of the café. He holds a high standard of quality for the raw materials. Coffee beans imported from Italy are carefully selected to ensure the best taste and mellowness of each coffee drink. In addition, authentic French pastries, such as baguettes, sable Breton and canelé are available in the café.
