Jürgen gave an in-depth explanation of some basic terms and theories in cross-cultural communication, presented some real cases to the students so that they could easily understand "working in a cross-cultural environment", and finally led them to simulate a commercial negotiation. The students benefited a lot from the 4.5-hour seminar by not only obtaining rich practical knowledge but participating in the positive interactive negotiation.
