On March 13, Prof. Holger Haldenwang, honorary dean of Business School, Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), received the 1st Guangdong Friendship Award in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Prof. Holger has been a credible witness to and active participant in SZTU’s growth and development since 2017.

The award, established by the Guangdong Provincial Government, is given to foreign experts for their remarkable contributions to the province’s economic and social development, as well as international exchanges. The award selection is conducted every three years. 49 foreign friends from 23 countries were chosen in 2022.
