1st government-university-enterprise cooperation agreement signed

College of Big Data and Internet of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU), Pingshan District Human Resources Bureau, and Shenzhen Hongkong Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubator signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on July 8. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Ruan Shuangchen, president of SZTU and Li Guangming, member of the Standing Committee of the Pingshan District Committee.

Prof. Ruan Shuangchen noted that this is SZTU’s first three-party cooperative project with both government and enterprise and it also marks the second time of cooperation with Pingshan District Government.

The three parties will fully rely on their respective resource advantages, and jointly explore an innovative collaboration system to train students who can meet the need of the market and industry. All-round cooperation will be carried out in related fields such as internship base construction, scientific research, cooperative school running, graduate employment, specialty and curriculum setup, and teacher training.

After the signing ceremony, the participants jointly unveiled Big Data Innovation and Employment Monitoring Research Center and Shenzhen Pingshan Internship Base for University Students. The former aims to monitor employment and provide better employment services based on big data network resources and big data technology. The latter is a platform for students to apply what they have learned and start businesses.
