New global partner from Australia

On May 29, Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a cooperative relationship. Both sides aim to promote cooperation in academic and scientific research, including jointly training students, developing exchange programs, and organizing courses, conferences, and seminars. The two universities will collaborate to promote innovation and development in the field of engineering technology and make contributions to cultivating more outstanding talents to serve economic and social development. Prof. Liang Yongsheng, vice president of SZTU, and Prof. Ana Deletic, executive dean of Faculty of Engineering of QUT, attended the cooperation conference on behalf of the two universities.

Prof. Ana Deletic was highly impressed by the active cooperation initiative of SZTU. She said that Queensland University of Technology has a strong willingness to establish a close partnership with SZTU and actively promote the implementation of cooperation programs. She believed that with joint efforts, the two universities will explore new areas of exchange and elevate cooperation to a higher level.

Prof. Liang Yongsheng stated that SZTU will actively promote the in-depth cooperation with Queensland University of Technology. He also expressed hope that the two universities can consider the cooperation conference as an opportunity to collectively enhance student training, academic exchanges, and exchange programs. He looks forward to seeing the fruitful results of the cooperation between SZTU and QUT, which will make significant contributions to cultivating more outstanding international talents and facilitating educational exchanges between China and Australia.
