On June 18, the unveiling ceremony for the Technology Manager School of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) was held. Over 180 representatives from enterprises, institutions, and universities gathered to discuss pathways for cultivating professional technological managers. The event was hosted by Prof. Ming Zhong, vice president of SZTU.

The Technology Manager School was established to cultivate technology managers to assist in transforming technological achievements into productive applications, further enhancing technology transfer within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. With a focus on cultivating practical skills, the curriculum of the Technology Manager School covers technology assessment, market analysis, capital operations, legal practices, and business management.

This year, the School will launch the “Excellence Program for Technology Managers”, which will admit 20 master’s students. Each student will be assigned an academic mentor, a financial mentor and an industrial mentor. The faculty will include experts in finance, business management, and industry.
