Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) Hospital was officially unveiled and open to the public on December 10. Prof. Ruan Shuangchen, president of SZTU, Prof. Xu Gang, vice president of SZTU, He Jianhui, secretary of Shijing Sub-district Party Committee, Ren Zhan, deputy master of Shenzhen Residential Project Management Station, Jin Hongxing, director of SZTU Logistics Department, Tao Linyu, director of SZTU Hospital, guests from Tiantou Community and SZTU students and teachers witnessed the unveiling ceremony, which was hosted by Huang Yongyue, deputy director of SZTU Hospital.

SZTU Preisident Ruan Shuangchen expressed his sincere gratitude to Shenzhen Municipal Construction Affairs Bureau, Shenzhen Residential Project Management Station, Shijing Sub-district Office, and Tiantou Community for their support in the construction of SZTU Hospital. He said that SZTU Hospital should provide high-quality medical services not only to SZTU teachers and students, but also to residents of surrounding communities.

SZTU Hospital, located in the northern campus, covers a total construction area of 3,753 square meters with clinical departments and technical departments such as outpatient department, emergency department, internal medicine, surgical department, radiology department, electrocardiogram room, pharmacy and so on.

According to Director Tao Linyu, SZTU Hospital is now able to provide basic outpatient services, emergency services and inpatient services, and will improve the health care system, gradually expanding the scope of medical services.
