The Dubai Business Associates (DBA) programme, run under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has obtained ongoing success since 2014. The 9-moneth programme is now open to qualified applicants and will offer Academic Modules which provide the skills and toolsets necessary for succeeding in the business world, Placements that help participants gain insight into Dubai as a place of business through immersion in meaningful work, and Strategy Consulting Projects that enable the participants to dive into client’s key challenges and apply what they have learnt in providing implementable solutions.

The DBA programme has been a bridge between cultures for all who participated in it over the past 8 years. It is noted that the programme has a long standing partnership with PwC’s Academy, Capadev, and Bon Education, the top training organizations in their respective fields. In addition, the experiential learning is made possible by the incredible support of more than 30 Dubai enterprise partners.

The programme is looking for future international business leaders, who should be soon-to-be graduates or recent university graduates with zero to three years’ working experience, proficient in both verbal and written English with ideally one additional language, and highly interested in international and Dubai business with an inquiring mind.
